Trained as a mechanical engineer and battle-tested through hands-on design, prototyping, and leadership in demanding environments such as rapid product launch, field testing and collegiate design competitions. He brings a rare blend of technical depth, out of the box thinking, and business acumen to every client engagement.

As a former mechanical engineer for industry leading simulation, testing and analysis leaders, Gilead has spent his career ensuring the correct advanced tools are used to predict how products behave before they ever reach production—experience he now channels into de-risking product, sourcing, and supply chain decisions for his clients.

He is passionate about helping leaders replace guesswork with clarity, bridging the gap between strategy and execution so that every product launched is not just innovative, but reliably buildable, scalable, and profitable.

He has served as a fractional Chief Marketing Officer to more than 100 firms worldwide, built and led a 40,000‑person sales force, and driven over $500 million in sales through innovative direct response and demand‑generation campaigns.
